I just did my 4th flush and got out about 400 stones. I wanted to let others know because I was almost ready to quit The Clark Flush .

I was having a really hard time with the Epsom Salt drinks. I reduced the epsom by 1/3 and didn't do the last 8 a.m. drink. At 8 this morning I drank 2 glasses of water with some KM Matol in it. The recovery today wasn't nearly as bad as it was the other 3 times.

So don't be afraid to reduce the epsom if you are like me. It worked great. My mind is very clear today and I suspect I will have lots of energy tomorrow.
