I wont eat raw meat, because, well, it's disgusting.

But im open minded and would try raw dairy. butter etc.

however it makes me stink, which is why i prefer vegan foods.

and brian clement looks good for 60 years old, 4 vegan children, and goes by science, not his views on animal cruelty.

If you are a vegan, just dont eat any fruit, eat any soy, and you should be okay. Supplement b12 and algae and alfalfa sprouts, and you should get enough nutrition.

I am not a raw vegan for the record.
