There are 3 types of people in the spectrum for anything.
Lets take a polition for example, some people will agree and some will disagree with him while some will not know.

For supplements, most will feel a little good while a smaller amount will feel a lot of good, and some may feel worse.

But some say the worse feelng taking supplements at start is a detox effect, that may last a short time and others longer.

It seems to be that humans need vit d and the sun is the best source

I did stop taking the vit d for reasons but will be back on it again.
