I saw a report recently where a
doctor was being interviewed. She
had been flying and she said she
wished she had notified an airline
stewardess when the person next to
her told someone on the phone that
they had the Swine Flu. She regrets
asking for the stewardess to ask the
passenger to wear a mask. So, the
airlines are becoming more sensitive
to this issue. If someone around you
begins to sneeze and snot, just be
sure to notify someone. I am assuming
they have masks for that passenger.

I would also encourage you to take hand
sanitizer and use it frequently. You
do not wash it off. I say this only
because I gave a bottle to someone
and they thought it was to be used
like a soap. It is used to kill germs
and bacteria.

I agree with the super dosing of
Vitamin D-3 also. It will really amp
up your immune system and enable you
to feel safer.
