I don't know where to take my frustration sometimes.
I turned down anti-depressants 4xs this year too. and i don't talk to my friends about it. so i hope you don't mind once in a while if i download here.
i'm glad to be making progress believe me. i feel like i've woken, waking up to the reality of what's happening on this planet and i hope one day i'm round to help others who wake up
