i am going threw ups and down since i had mine removed a little over a month ago, i still have good days and bad days the numbness and tingleing has gotton better since removal, but i had the mirena for 6 years before i realized it was what was making my body tired and my muscles spaz and my joints hurt, im only 29 and really thought i had cancer or something, i realized it was the mirena after having my first removed and had another inserted, after the new one all the symptoms i had lived with ( tiredness, aches, hairloss , swelling, leg pain, limb numbness, focus issues etc) where instantly 10 times worse days later , my legs where swollen my joint ached, so i got online and did some research and it just hit me, MY LORD it was my birth control! why didnt i think of the timing....it all started a while after i got the mirena years ago, i cant even begin to say all the things it effected in my life and im so relieved to have it out of my body but im still going threw getting the hormones out of my system and re gaining my strength from years of side effects that turned me into a lazy person, i feel my energy levels getting better, but im glad to hear others went threw this crash after wards, does it keep getting better? does it effect your chances of getting pregnant i worry!
