I'm excited for you, too, Willow!! This is great news. As you cleanse, you're going to see evidence that you're doing the right thing, and that's going to encourage you further... That's what has happened with me. I go days with little "evidence" and get a little discouraged, and then i see MP or flukes or worms or whatever, and say YAY, this is important and I need to keep it up! And I want to.
