Dr. Mom,

Im not the least bit tempted to get the swine flu shot! I have never had a flu shot and never will. I have to admit though that i've been tempted to fall into the fear factor of it all.

I have been cleaning my nose out with saline daily and gargling with salt water! Washing my hands and staying away from those coughing, hacking, and sick. Taking lots of vitamin c and good herbs, etc! I guess we are doing all we can do.
