yes, that's exactly right. my mum is good at following protocols if a naturopath or an ayurvedic doctor or someone prepares it for her (doctor's orders). however, the problem with a lot of those practitioners is that they tend to treat wholly within their field of specialty (like, 'it's your liver') and often do not take a more holisitic approach.

so i'm trying to put one together for my mum with the info i have - and info can get from hv. that pill box idea is genius - thank you!
