Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got on the scale and it told me 192, never been in the 190s my whole life and pretty concerned about it, but at least I have now started this fast. This is the ONLY way I can jumpstart this weight loss! I am psyched and hope to have some type of loss for next week. Will post again next Sunday! they have a medical scale at my church so that's what I use to weigh. My Goal weight is 125 to 130, but I can only do what I can for these 25 days....Maybe 25 pounds?? I'll take it!!! LOL
