For background, I spent almost 40 days on my own super strict candida diet and I felt amazing results. I'm now on week 3 of the Mccombs plan and the results are even better and the diet is SO MUCH EASIER. Plus, there's no worrying about what I can or can't eat or do, everything is laid out perfectly.
