Oh my God, that is a lot of stuff just to be young. I am thinking seriously about the fasting thing again. But I went into mass starvation mode after the last fast and I ate like a pig.

I do believe in the reduce calorie stuff. For a long time I was broke and could not do many diet things but now that I am rich and famous I have money, so guess I need that too.

Oh well, I should post my article on what it was like to be poor. It was awful Chris.

My friend is so happy with your report and says she is taking 200mg and feeling great. Maybe I need some of that stuff too. Writing for so many newspapers makes me a tired girl.
