Yes, I have Fordyce's Spots. I was wondering if those were dust mite eggs. Maybe dust mite eggs would be mircoscopic unless they put all their egg sacs right where the broken skin was (in my case it is the triangular area on upper lip).

Since I have been using dish soap, lines (lip wrinkle lines) are appearing on my lips that were not there before. The do down from middle of top lip to vermillion border. Those are the lip wrinkle lips that are prominent when you pucker your lips. See, when your skin is more raw or wet it is not dry enough to form those natural lines in your lips. And when your lips get hard from this condition, they are not elastic enough to have those natural lines. Those natural lines in your lips make you lips more moveable/elastic. That is why I think my lips are starting to finally heal.

I do not know if i will eed to use dish soap for rest of my life. Like say this is dust mite feces causing this- well, I will have to keep washing off their feces with dish soap so my lips skin can heal because it can't with feces on it. Maybe some people have dust mites on their lips, but others might also have dust mite egg sacs deeper in their lip skin where there orginal broken skin was broken. I do not know if this dish soap can kill egg sacs if it has a protective barrier around the egg sac. But ultraviolet C light can kill the egg sac. My dust mite theory may or may not be true. But if it is true, I may have to keep using dish soap on lips to prevent them chapping if dust mites like to hang out on my lips at night because it has more humidity than the rest of my body. And if I have any dead, chapped skin on my lips they may eat it and poop all over my lips.
