Vaseline has never improved/moistured my lips, but sometimes I tty to use as a protectant at night- to avoid getting saliva on it although it does not stay on long.

I noticed that neosporin makes my lips worse. I am trying to remember why. I think it made my lip skin feel crispier (in pizza terms).
