for everyone who can't take the olive oil & or grapefruit for what ever reason - I just wanted to let you know that I used Walnut Oil and Lemon juice with stevia and had a very successful second flush. Much more so than with the olive oil on the first one.

So, remember, there are other options - you dont have to go expressly by "the book" in order to get great results.
