I had a UTI and the symptoms were developing quickly. I drank Sea Salt water and the burning instantly went away. I also bought cranberry pills and started taking them. I wouldn't recommend juice as it has Sugar in it, which will make the infection worse. Even though I felt fine, I still saw my doctor a few days later because a UTI can lead to a very serious problem that can result in kidney failure! She gave me Antibiotics and I was as good as new. I continued taking the cranberry pills on and off for a few months because 20% of people who get UTI's are likely to get it again. HTH.
