My dad who is 87 is in the final stages of Emphysema. He has had the desease for the last 25 years. He will leasve my mum who is 80 and has been with dad for 60 years.

We are at the stage where mum or I are unable to provide the care he needs, this is heart wrenching for both of us as it means going into a care facility.

To help mum understand, I am looking for a site/place/forum/Australian support group/books etc etc that can help mum understand and deal with all the terrible symptoms that go with this awful desease.

Would really appreciate any help during this difficult time.
