Chop up organic garlic and swallow it. I swallow it like pills, with my fresh juice in the morning. I take anywhere from 3-6 large cloves. Also, Manuka Honey (I buy mine at Whole Foods). Both of these have anti-bacterial properties and are natural Antibiotics . Of course, there's always the standard cranberry that is recommended but that doesn't seem to work for me, not potent enough. I would definitely try this remedy before taking antibotics.

You can google the Manuka Honey to find more info on it. As far as I know, it's the best honey for medicinal purposes (possibly the only one).
