Help, i am really confused....

I am a sympathetic, fast metabolism. 37 YO male 6' 140lbs. I have always been thin, regardless of what I eat. I exercise regularly but still always feel tired and foggy headed. Dr says I'm fine, blood test all good. But my foggy head, and fatigue tell me something is amiss.

Anyway, i am interested in learning more about alkalizing. I am assuming I am very acidic since fast metabolism and sympathetic both = acidic, but cant seem to find consistent diet info for fast metabolism combined with sympathetic type. One web sites says I need high protein/high fat while another says more carbs.

So which is it?
