I have mild COPD. Recently I had fever, chills and a feeling like my lungs were being affected. (slight pain on inhalation, but no increase of mucus)

The only element of this formula I had was chaparell. I took 1 size oo capsule of just chaparell 3 times a day for about 3 days. I got better.

I realize your formula would have been the ideal, but was this OK?

I wasn't sure how much chaparell was too much and I'm still a little worried about the controversy over it's toxicity, although you've explained very clearly why this shouldn't be a problem.
