GOOD LORD the whole pepper :( Sounds very painful MH! I could not get that down, maybe Tincture is the way to go on that end of things. Where to get it or what kind to use? I am seriously thinking about Adding Ginger root tea (Make my own) and Cayenne to my regime, sounds very good for you.
