Translation might be funny in some parts though. Time needed to make CS is 7-12 hod, 20 ppm.

It's probably ok. It Sounds like it has an auto shut off and a current limiting circuit. Although I can't be sure because they talk in a mystical mumbo jumbo type way.

Have you ever checked the quality of CS by Tyndall effect?

I have. It just lets you know that their is something in the water. The small particles will not be seen. A proper conductivity meter works much better.
