Actually, most type 2 diabetics can reverse diabetes by paying attention to food consumption and exercising. Eating naturally, including more veggies, and less carbs. Avoiding sugar, etc. It is unnecesary to go raw to do this. Nothing against going raw per se, just saying you can reverse type 2 diabetes w/o doing that. "They" (the video ads) also suggest type 1 can be cured, but then you watch the thing, and they don't say anything abou type 1 in it.
