I'm so glad that u don't have the yeast because the diet sucks. Yesterday was a year for me and - am definitely betterm. - also at one point felt like a shell. .y coousin and his wife are doctors and some if their patients have taken 18 mos to get better. I read somewhere that the sex hormones can take up to a year to leave the receptors to make way for new hormones. I know it's hard to accept but it's just a long process. I'm ditting here right now waiting to go in for an echo on my heart. Also next week I have an MRI for an underarm lump that they don't know what it is. She said ill probably need a surgical biopsym. Hang in there - know the anxiety is hard but it will get better. R
