It reminds me of the old fashioned Mom remedies that make sense. Constipation/hypothyroid has been a constant problem and my first born has asthma. I took Swiss Kriss yesterday with good results and usually take it once a week. 

My body temp regulator is off and I was afraid to take a shower or bath last night because I felt cold even with sweaters and blankets on, and I can't smell myself anyway. I thought about the toxins on my skin and how good it's going to feel when my head unclogs and I take one. But that may be backwards. I'm going to do it today like you said with steam and mints and enjoy all this "me time". 

I called in sick and being able to lay around and not be in all the stress feels wonderful, even if I feel lousy physically. Having the internet is a great blessing. I would never have met you or gotten all this wonderful information.

Knowledge is power.
