When I was looking into doing natural stuff, I was taking some herbals along with having lots of the chemical poisons from drugs in my body. The two together made me feel very strange and "spacey". If it were me, I wouldn't be doing anything more than the anti-paraiste products and the protein (Protefood) Standard Process Cataplex B, Cholaplex, or stuff for the adrenals and thyroid from Barefoot or the dulse. The glandular products aren't going to be doing you much good until your liver is cleaned out. Doc does say to do the ones I mentioned. Or the PMG glandular stuff from SP. http://www.naturamart.com
if you don't have a good chiropractor yet. That's essential to have, too. Get Doc's CD and listen to it, as it will give you the best idea of how this program works.
