Shingles in my high school days.

Traditional Doctor gave me steroids for it.

Shingles is one form..it is definitely connected to chicken pox.

I had that too about that time.

Can't remember too much about shingles.

It happened many moons ago to me.

I was in geometry class trying to pass it at the same day I was trying to pass English test and History test and Biology test and PE activities.

Shingles painful I remember hurting down my back.

I think stress and the pressures of taking too many tests on one day caused my shingle hell. (weak immunity system).

Chicken Pox hides in the body.

I can't remember if shingles is one form of this Chick Pox?

Whenever immunity is in a weakened state this stuff can strike a person.

I was not into alternative medicines...only quack doctors
and their traditional drugs of poison.

If I experience shingles again...I would take
Lysine
Proline (amino acid)
B6 (bananas,yolk of eggs)

Lysine good for fever blisters too.
This combo I read good for all kinds of illnesses per alternative medicine doctor,(his name Dr. Rath).

What's the new stuff out there to treat Shingles now?
