Engergy and the flow of it.

A great do it yourself method is to get Donna Eden's books and /or videos. She will show you how to sweep energy meridians, etc in order to get a balanced flow to return.

It's all about the flow. Blockages impede flow. Remove blockages (energetic, emotional, physical, spiritual). Flow returns. Health returns with it.
