I took SF722 and followed an anti-candida diet (very strict one) for months. I felt better for sure, but it did not cure me. I also went to Karen Tripp's doctor, Dr. Piller, in Idaho and followed his diet and guidelines for taking SF722. His diet was actually less strict than the one I ultimately followed for months. I don't mean to discourage, just temper expectations. It still worked for Karen, so it may work for others too.

The best I've ever felt was on the Lifeforce program/Mccombs plan. I wish I'd stayed with the maintenance on it.
