Not wasting time reading the material you supplied, because I learned the hard way about Cayenne.

POWDER? NO!
It doesn't dissolve and if you take a teaspoon, it will go down the intestines like a truck load of hot lava rocks and exit like it is rocket powered.

SURE, you probably could adapt to taking powder the way Dr. Christopher did; but i went back and read more and I read about taking the tincture and to drink ice water first, to shrink the taste buds and then taking cayenne was easy.

So Liquid is the only way to take a large dose such as a live real cayenne or some type of liquid tincture or syrup.
