"How many servings of carbohydrates should eat everday?"


Zero! I'm finally recovering from candida after i stopped eating carbs, i just went on a high fat/meat diet and water, that's it, cured all my symptoms. Now i'm able to eat a piece of fruit a day but really, i don't even want to eat more, i feel fantastic with this way of eating.
