Yeah, well if I consider I actually got the nerve up to try the Liver Flush and have done three now which was unthinkable a while back I should be able to do the enema. I just cannot believe how horrble this migraine is. How long does it take to do one? COuld I do it on my lunch hour (at home, obviously)?
