Thanks for the slap across the face. Literally. :o) I have been reading about the importance but I have not been able to follow through - freaks me out! But knowing how terrible I feel, still having this migraine that won't leave, I will try an enema this weekend.

I am curious, does an oral enema (salt water) work at all or do I have to do the real thing?
