By eating fat ??? That is a funny way to look at it.
Soft drinks will feed candida, what is the cause is not relevant, the point right now taht it is present is too avoid feeding it. No Sugar - no Sugar equivalent - no Sugar free sweetener.
Only xilytol and stevia are OK to put under your sweet tooth.
