Thanks for replying.  I feel a little better knowing that I am not alone with these symptoms.  It is scary that even if it is mirena related, I keep thinking that something must be wrong physically for all these strange symptoms to exist. This is anything but normal.  I wonder how permanent the damage is.

I had my mirena for 2.5 years with no symptoms... at least I thought that I didn't. I was always exhausted and had brain fog, but thought it was because of the baby keeping me up at night.  But she pretty much sleeps through the night. 

I started having tingling and then 2 weeks later the cramping started.  At first I was treated for PID but then when the blood work showed no infection I knew something was not right.  After researching I tied all the symptoms to the mirena. 

How long did you had yours in and how long since you had it out?
