Me too about the hoping I feel better soon. I have been doing a concurrent bowel cleanse, 2 PB shakes a day and 6 oxy-cleanse tabs for a couple of weeks now. The last few BMs have irritated my colon quite a bit so I imagine I am getting some major stuff out. This migraine has reminded me quite a bit of the ones I got when I got sick from aspartame. It just keeps on lasting.

I would prefer not to take meds and everything lately has been such a conflict for me. I'm in agony right now and when I get into that state I start reaching out for things that might work. The fantasies of what I could do to get rid of migraines are the stuff Steven King novels are made of, LOL.

Weirdest thing was tonight I went to dinner with my parents for their anniversary (we live in the same town) and they had this great salad bar (actually the reason I agreed to go) and I scarfed the biggest salad and then all of my dinner (chicken piccata) and steamed veggies. I haven't eaten that much in a while. Still not full either.

Some weird house cleaning stuff is majorly going on here. Now that I am certain that rx drugs aren't going to help this migraine of mine I'll just focus on the cleanses. Sigh. Hope this part is over soon!
