I wouldn't say that putting moisuriser on lips speeds up peeling - I don't know where you got that from.

My peeling has slowed since useing a good moisturiser and when it peels the skin is not raw underneath it is like new skin. This has taken a long time but over time I expect it to slow down to nothing.

We will have to agree to disagree on this.
