HI!

I'm not sure exactly what your dream means, but it kinda reminded me of dreams I used to have about elevators.
Seems whenever I got in one in a dream something would go wrong. Since I have no fear of elevators, I looked at the setting of the dream: I get into a box, and lose control.
Turns out this dream was related to a compulsive behavior/habit that made me FEEL totally out of control.

So lets look at your dream:
It seems like you're moving really fast, yet you can't see where you're going.

Are you an action orientated person?
Do you fill your life/time with a lot of activities?
Are you constantly running around doing things?

You say you wake up feeling sick.
Is it a motion-sickness?
