In principle just the Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) will do the work. Since I always wanted to start of with a clean colon I used Oxypowder for 3 nights and if I did not have that I used 2 tsp of Epsom Salts instead.

This is not part of the basic program but I like it. I love Oxypowder but dislike fiber cleanses like colonix. These cleanses are very personal and everybody has so their favorite, so you have to find out what works for you.
