Hello everyone,

My chronic sinusitis and fungal asthma seems to be cured at present with anti-candida diet and antifungals especially grapefruit seed extract. But my biggest concern is that I am losing weight and now in the underweight range.I am 5 feet tall weighing 40 kilos(88 pounds)My genetics do play a great role. Earlier I started gaining weight by eating unhealthy fats pizzas, junk food(weighed 50 kilos or 110 pounds) but now I know I cannot do that anymore. Please suggest any homeopathy or natural remedy. How many servings of carbohydrates should eat everday? At present I eat only 2 servings of carbohydrates.
Also I am taking Grapefruit seed extract for 4 months can I continue with that but I am afraid the yeast might become immune to it.

Please help!
