Thanks for the info. I have been doing the 2 qt lemon enema on my L side and the 1 pt coffee enema on my R side. I insert the enema head down, rear up and then gently roll onto my back to the correct side. This is how the book that I have says to do it, it does not however say how far to put the tube in. It sates that the L side is for cleaning and the R side is for liver and kidney detoxification. I still have the slight pain on my left side but am going to try another enema now and do the L side only.
