yes, that is what I am learning. It's a long way to go, as hard as it is one has to accept it. But how to live with it?? That's really something I am struggling with the most. Because the monsters inside impact life so much, it's almost impossible to think about other things. One needs to be very diligent to not get obsessed as difficult as it is, I find that aspect the hardest - how to live normally and enjoy life. That has become extremely impossible.
