I have begun Urine Therapy and I am noticing that shortly after ingesting the urine, my blood pressure is spiking. My normal bp is 120/72, but after drinking 3 oz. of urine it jumped to 153/85. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, has anyone experienced headaches shortly after drinking urine?
I hope that these two issues will not prevent me from enjoying the benefits of Urine Therapy and would love to hear from someone regarding this.
