The Silver Puppy makes a very good home product, you just have to take more of it than the really potent commercial ones.

Alas, I do not know of any professionals who administer intravenous colloidal silver.   If you lived near Dallas or were able to travel there I might be able to help.  I wish I were at liberty to say more.  I will see if I can find information to pass along.
