hello

i have been trying to get advice on regrowing nasal cartilage and hope you could recommend anything further to do.

I damaged and had removed some nasal cartilage about a year ago. About 3 months ago I began to juice fast, and now I follow Dr Christopher's mucusless diet. I currently use a fomentation of the BFC tea on my nose at night and take 8-10 droppersful of BFC tincture and the same of horsetail tincture a day (from 4oz dropper bottles). My problem is that though a very slight change happened within the first month any further progress seems to have stopped. Could i up the amount of BFC i am taking or can you recommend anything else to help.
