this is so good and the way the flavors blend is really great

apple fennel sauerkraut salad
______________________________


1 large organic apple cut into segments or chopped
1 1/2 cup sauerkraut
1 1/2 cup fennel julienned or chopped
1/4 cup of walnuts raw or lightly roasted
1/4 cup of cold pressed flax seed oil or extra virgin olive oil

optional-dates

can try other nuts or seeds if desired

toss ingredients. if desired place on top of a bed of butter lettuce first. serve
