Thanks for the update. Yeah 3 days is a bit early to tell, especially with the possible die off. Let us know how it goes after a while though I am interested in trying it out myself.

I also looked up colostrum (which has lactoferrin in it) as apparently is is extremely important for immune system and there are people taking it as a preventative measure against swine flu this season.. sounds interesting.
