Hi Wanda..I may have asked you this before, but I can't remember now.

Have you read Spock's posts? He had a host of health issues, including low energy, and after Liver Flushing and coffee enemas he has never felt soooo good...in years! I am thinking that after some bowel cleansing you might want to do liver flushes...after all the liver is the 'general' of the body, as the Chinese say. The most important organ, we have to take care of it.

I have searched and searched for two of Spock's other posts. One telling how he has been feeling for the last ten or so years and another a very inspiring one! ack. Maybe Spock knows where they are.
