Hi Andrew...from the sounds of it, I think you need to do the whole kit and kaboodle!!

Have you read 'Spocks' posts? Or 'Excelrye''s posts? Click on 'recommended messages' in the Liver Flush Forum , Bowel Cleanse Forum an fasting forum (and archives)....you'll get a lot of good information from those recommended posts. Find Spock's post for sure. He's on the Liver Flush Forum .

I am thinking that you definitely need to start doing liver flushes. I have a good feeling about this....

Of course a good Bowel Cleanse sounds in order too.

Sounds to me that you need to do the plain old b&p...maybe the Bowel Cleanse formula you used had too many irritating herbs in it...or maybe even laxative herbs. You need a little friction in there to scrub the plaque outta there!

Good luck...I had super success with the b&p...getting out a mucoid plaque rope a foot and a half long...and also a 2footer! eeek yuk ick. I know!

Hope to hear from you...read Spock's post and know that you can get healthy too! I'm so glad you found this site! (those doctors...grumble grumble....)
