Hi there...you can still get mucoid plaque and toxins out of your bowel without using Bentonite clay. PTree used Holistic Horizons for a few months and got out lotsa plaque. I like using the plain Bentonite and psyllium drinks...but others like HH or Schulze's because they have added herbs in them.

Have you read PTree's now famous posts on Bentonite and Psyllium & 'The frustrations of colon cleansing'? If not I'll post them for you!
